Peaches and Cream Shakeology



Peaches and Cream

1 scoop of Vanilla Shakeology
1 cup frozen sliced peaches
2/3 cup water
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Ice, to taste (I like 7-8 ice cubes in mine)

Crush ice in blender, then add all remaining ingredients. Blend until mixed thoroughly, then enjoy!

Orange Dream Shakeology



Orange Dream

1 scoop of Vanilla Shakeology
½ cup 100% orange juice
½ cup water
½ tsp grated orange peel
Ice, to taste (I like 7-8 ice cubes in mine)

Crush ice in blender, then add all remaining ingredients. Blend until mixed thoroughly, then enjoy!

Chocolate Covered Strawberries Shakeology



Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ice, to taste (I like 7-8 ice cubes in all of my shakes to make them creamier)
1 scoop chocolate Shaekology
1 cup strawberries
1 cup water

Crush ice in blender, then add all other ingredients. Blend until mixed thoroughly.  Pour into cup, then, thoroughly enjoy!

Butterfinger Shakeology



Butterfinger Shakeology
7-8 ice cubes
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 Tbsp dry mix - sugar free instant jello, butterscotch flavor
1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
1 scoop chocolate Shakeology

Place ice in blender and crush. Add milk, dry jello mix, PB, and shakeology. Blend until mixed well. 
You can add more ice for a thicker "shake" and less ice for more of a drink mix. I like mine nice, thick, and creamy, just like a milkshake!

This can also be made with Vanilla shakeology if that's all you have. Just add a teaspoon of cocoa powder to the blender with everything else for a yummy treat.

Challenge Groups

What is a Challenge Group??
A challenge group is a 30, 60, or 90 day challenge that I run and hold in a closed group on face book.  No body except the challengers can see the group.  What I do in my groups is provide challengers with lots of great information, such as nutrition and fitness tips, meal plans, and I do lots of motivational posts to keep you motivated and accountable so you can reach your ultimate fitness and health goals.
It takes 21 days to get into a habit... My job in 21 days is to get you to where you are in a routine and feel that need to exercise, and eat healthy, and have less cravings and more energy!

What do I need to join a fitness challenge?
You need just a few things to get you started on your fitness journey..

#1. A beach body program- You can chose any exercise program that suites you, and if you are unsure, my job is to help you find what is the best fit for you.  The programs vary in intensity, and whether you like cardio, weight training, dancing, or a variety, we can chose depending on your preference.  Each exercise program comes with a meal plan that you can either follow, or just use as a guide.  You also get a schedule, so you know exactly what workout to do and what day! How simple right!? That part is already done for you!
