Perfect Spaghetti
Squash
Cut squash in half length-wise.
Scoop out seeds from the
middle, then place cut side up on a baking sheet. Bake for one hour at 350
degrees.
Remove from oven, and let cool for about 10 minutes. Holding up one
half at a time over a larger bowl, use a fork to scrape out the fleshy part of
the squash in strings like spaghetti noodles. Top with your favorite spaghetti toppings, like my turkey meatballs with organic spaghetti sauce!
